Performed a complete inspection and assessment of small bore tubing systems on an offshore oil platform. Rope access techniques were applied to reach elevated and congested areas, followed by fabrication and replacement of corroded tubing to restore safety and reliability.
Executed fabrication, welding, and installation of piping and small bore tubing at a major gas processing facility. The project scope included design verification, cutting, bending, and hydrotesting of tubing lines to meet operational standards and ensure leak-free performance.
Carried out a preventive maintenance campaign for an offshore drilling rig, including rope access inspection of piping, NDT testing, and small bore tubing repairs. The work ensured system integrity, minimized downtime, and supported continuous drilling operations with full compliance to HSE standards.
